Job Description:
- Maintaining/docketing deadlines in the database.
- Good knowledge of Trademark Opposition procedure and filings.
- Reviewing Team member’s work with respect to documentations, filings and other procedures related to Trademark Opposition, Rectification and Copyright.
- Corresponding with client.
- Preparing and sending status update to client.
- Drafting emails/letters/responses to objection letters for Attorney’s review.
- Corresponding with Local associates.
- Good understanding of preparing all types of cover letters, follow-up letters, response letters to the Trademark Registry.
- Knowledge of preparing emails and filing of recordals.
