National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi), established in the year 2008 with the initiative of the High Court of Delhi and the Government of NCT of Delhi, is a premier law university in the country. The Academic Fellowship is a flagship programme created by the University to nurture early careers in academics, teaching, and research. Academic Fellows are expected to contribute to the intellectual growth of the University and will be mentored by senior faculty members at NLU Delhi.

Qualification:
- LL.M. with specialization in the concerned field from a recognised Indian or foreign university with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed), along with a good academic record.
- Demonstrable research track record in the concerned subject.
- Prior research experience including field work and data collection is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- The Academic Fellow shall be expected to assist in research work in relevant areas in consultation with the University. They shall be primarily required to research and publish at least three papers (one Scopus-indexed and two international publications) in a year.
- They shall also be expected to contribute to other academic and administrative pursuits of the University. The work involved will require excellent research and writing skills in the concerned field.
