Role:
Associate Partner
PQE:
8-10 years to experience in IP prosecution, litigation, and transaction with ability to lead a team of Associates
Skills/ Qualifications:
1. Deep knowledge and rich experience in Trademark, Copyright, Design prosecution and litigation.
2. Drafting and vetting of agreements such as Franchise, License, Assignment, Technology Transfer and other IP related documents.
3. Excellent litigation skills and ability to manage cases independently with minimum supervision.
4. Good knowledge of litigation tech tools in the market and appetite for learning new technologies
5. Client inter-personal skills and ability to manage all stakeholder expectations.
6. Leadership, teaching skills to oversee and mentor associates.
