Role:
Associate- Real Estate Lawyer
PQE:
1.5-3 years
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).
- Must have 1.5-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge.
- Must be able to read and speak in Kannada, writing in Kannada is an added advantage
- Good understanding of foreclosure.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Natural leader who displays sound judgement and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Should be able to work independently.
- Should be enrolled with AIBE ( All India Bar Exam), BCI(Bar Council Of India), KSBC( Karnataka State Bar Council).
- Must be able to work as an individual contributor and as a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate agreements
- Title/property due diligence/
- Coordinate for registration of property documents
- Advising clients about RERA compliances and deal structuring.
