Qualifications:
- LLB/ LLM/ Solicitor
- The Applicant must have past working experience with any reputed Law Firm, Advocate or Counsel and must be well versed in handling litigation and non-litigation matters.Experience in handling non-litigation assignments must include extensive experience in drafting agreements, contracts, re-development documents, etc., relating to real estate and business transactions and should be well updated with RERA Matters/ Procedure and Compliance.
- The applicant must be extensively involved in court appearances and transaction structuring.
Remuneration:
The Remuneration shall be as per industrial standards, but the same would be decided and determined considering the skills and capacity of the candidate.
Note:
Initial 3 Months will be the “Probationary Period,” and on satisfactory completion of 3 Months, absorption could be offered.
