Role:
Manupatra is looking for a lawyer experienced in drafting and reviewing Contracts. If you are a lawyer with an eye for detail, are able to multi-task, interested in product development, and looking to explore operations and management while staying connected to law, this is for you.
Job Location:
Noida Sec-1 (Work from office)
Experience:
1-2 years (Minimum 1 year experience in contract drafting & management is a must)
Qualification:
L.L.B (from a reputed law school)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting, Review & Negotiation across various sectors; including a variety of commercial transactions, SaaS customer agreements, professional services and partnership agreements, NDAs, DPAs, BAAs, vendor agreements, and other related agreements.
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing to educate them about the subject matter
- Providing strategic advice on a broad range of areas applicable to commercial transactions, including general commercial, regulatory, data protection, and intellectual property issues.
- Working & maintaining data on Contract management software
Knowledge/ Skills Required:
- Excellent drafting skills.
- Prior working experience on contract management software/ tools, managing & reviewing the entire contract life cycle
- Excellent verbal & written English
- Analytical thinker with attention to details
- Working knowledge of privacy and data protection regulations.
- Intellectually curious and comfortable pitching in on any legal task or project with a “no task-too-big-or-small” attitude
- Experience working at a software/SaaS company or working with software/SaaS clients preferred.
