Regional Legal Manager
Qualification:
- Qualified LLB/LLM
- Corporate experience of minimum 12+ years preferably from HFC in the following Zones:
1. West Zone – ZLM – West (will be responsible for Maharashtra, MP & Gujarat)
2. North Zone – Designation – ZLM – North (will be responsible for UP/DNCR, PCH, Rajasthan)
3. South Zone – Designation – ZLM – South (will be responsible for AP&T, TN, Kerala, Karnataka) - Strong experience in Mortgages, Property Title Due Diligence and Secured Lending. Experience in handling team for legal scrutiny, title investigation, mortgage creation and property-related legal matters. Strong knowledge of TSR/LSR, ODV/OSV and property documentation.
