About:
Varun Dev Mishra is an advocate practising at New Delhi with 8 years of practice. He counsels private individuals, corporates and trade associations, on all aspects of Litigation, Dispute resolution & Business development with a particular focus on cost-effective & result-oriented legal strategies.
Varun started his career as an associate at Delhi office of one of India’s famous Senior Advocate Mr. KK Manan. There, he advised clients on criminal and civil matters and briefed Mr. Manan in Criminal Appeals and Writs. Varun has briefed many senior advocates such as Senior Advocate Aman Lekhi, Basava Prabhu Patil, Chander Uday Singh amongst other notable advocates.
Varun is now practising independently at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India as an Advocate on Record amongst other forums viz. the Delhi High court, National Company Law tribunals, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, National Green Tribunal. Varun Dev Mishra is empanelled with various Companies, Associations representing their cause in matters related to the Negotiable Instrument act, Recovery, Civil Claims and Debts Recovery etc.
Varun is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi; also qualified All India Bar Examination organised by the Bar Council of India and is allowed to practice in any part of India.
