Qualifications:
1. Good communication skills with great convincing power.
2. Confident in using MS Office and Google Suite
3. Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener
4. Applicants from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Making inbound and outbound calls.
2. Creating a sales pipeline and converting leads.
3. Upselling and cross-selling relevant courses to students.
4. Counselling of prospects and selling of different courses.
5. Ensuring post-sales servicing and responding to customer service calls.
