About:
Adv. Kumar Deepraj is a first-generation young, dynamic lawyer who primarily deals in Civil, Commercial, and White Collar Crimes. He also represents clients in Criminal matters focusing on Appellate/Writ jurisdiction. He is a holder of B.A. LL.B. degree secured from Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. He is also an alumnus of 19th Human Rights Summer School organized by ELCOP from 13 Oct. 2018 to 23 Oct. 2018. ELCOP is presided by Prof. (Dr.) Mizanur Rahman, (Former Chairman of National Human Rights Commission, Bangladesh).
At his initial days in College, he has organized the second and third edition of Prof. N.R. Madhava Menon SAARCLAW Mooting Competition and Law Students’ Conference as a “Convenor”, during which he had communicated with many apex court justices, senior advocates and academicians of different SAARC countries (including India). He had worked closely with PadmaShree (Late) Prof. (Dr.) N.R. Madhava Menon (the father of Indian Modern Legal Education).
Deepraj has also worked at the Legislative Department, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India. He assisted in the drafting of some major Bills like Fugitive Economic Offenders Bill, Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Bill, the Surrogacy Amendment Bill, National Investigation Agency Amendment Bill, etc.
As a Lawyer, Deepraj has represented MNCs, Real Estate Companies before various fora across Delhi NCR. Deepraj has a competitive attitude and believes in Due Diligence with a Dynamic approach.

- Candidates not having requisite experience in civil and commercial Litigation (either from internships or as an Advocate) are requested not to apply.
Practicing courts:
Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and Delhi district courts.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience and last drawn remuneration, in consonance with the industry standards.
