Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as an In-House Legal Counsel in IT industry
- Dedicated and persuasive with a good track record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to co-ordinate with different stakeholders
- Out-of-the box thinking with strong professional, analytical & inter-personal skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to people across all hierarchical levels
- of the organization
- Utilize keen analysis and insights and team approach to drive organizational improvements and
- implementation of best practices
- Work towards organizational objectives within highest standards of agility and collaboration.
- LLB graduate
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, vetting, reviewing, negotiating customer agreements
- Management of Customer contracts compliance including preparing summary of key compliances under Customer Contracts
- Contracts management
- In depth detailed research on various legal issues as and when required
- Drafting, vetting and responding to Legal Notices and liasioning with consultants/ legal counsels
