Responsibilities:
- Handle complex transactions with high total contract value
- Responsible for amending various key contract templates for the business inclusing master services agreement and general terms and conditions
- Responsible for launching new contract templates for the business.
- Advanced Knowledge of products and services
- Responsible for corporate merger related projects
- Act as backup for senior team member
- Mentor and train junior lawyers
- Advanced knowledge of data protection matters and responsible for data protection matters for Asia and US
