Responsibilities:
- Review of loan documentation for bank borrowings
- End-to-end legal support in respect of direct assignment and securitisation transactions
- Negotiations with legal teams and other stakeholders of banks and financial institutions
- Rendering legal support for refinancing deals with public financial institutions
