Qualification:
- Drafting and reviewing wide range of commercial contracts, MoUs, and legal documents
- Providing advice on corporate structuring and shareholder matters
- Providing legal support to clients concerning their general legal requirements
Responsibilities:
- LL.B
- 0-2 years of experience in Commercial, Corporate and Transactional legal work
