Associate Advocate
Location:
Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi
Qualification:
LL.B graduate with 0-2 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle matters under the SARFAESI Act and other recovery-related litigation
- Appear before DRTs, District Courts, and High Courts across jurisdictions
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, and other case-related documents
- Conduct legal due diligence and property/title verifications
- Coordinate with clients, banks, and field teams for case follow-ups and on-ground execution
