Senior Associate- Real Estate

Qualification:
- Law graduate
- 6-7 years of PQE
Responsibilities:
- Transactional Support
- Drafting and vetting property documents including: Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, Agreements to Sell, Joint Development Agreements, Advising on stamp duty, property registration, and title-related matters
- Due Diligence
- Conducting comprehensive title due diligence for land and built-up assets
- Reviewing ownership records, encumbrances, land use, approvals, and ongoing litigation
- Preparing legal risk reports with actionable recommendations
