Manager/Deputy Manager- Legal
Location:
Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Qualification:
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience in M&A, IT, franchise, and service agreements
- Knowledge of corporate, contract, and data privacy laws
Responsibilities:
- Handle legal aspects of M&A, joint ventures, and franchise agreements
- Draft and negotiate SaaS and IT-related contracts
- Manage general and manpower service agreements
- Provide legal advice on IP, data privacy, and risk mitigation
- Maintain standard legal templates and compliance practices
