Role:
Senior Associate (SA1 & SA2) – General Corporate & M&A
Area:
General Corporate, M&A, PE/VC
Location:
Noida / Mumbai, India (candidate is required to be located in either Delhi NCR or Mumbai)
Qualification:
Indicative PQE:
· SA1: 4 – 5 years
· SA2: 5 – 6 years
in a corporate / M&A team of a law firm or a active in-house team.
Responsibilities:
The role involves end-to-end work on M&A / PE / VC transactions, general corporate advisory and commercial contracts, with direct partner and client interaction. Strong drafting skills, knowledge of Companies Act and FEMA, and prior corporate/M&A experience in a law firm or strong in-house team are essential.
