Qualification:
• LLB completed
• Basic knowledge of IPR laws and legal drafting
• Good communication and computer skills
• Freshers can also apply
Responsibilities:
• E-filing of Trademark, Copyright & related IPR applications
• Drafting replies, affidavits, and legal documents
• Handling trademark objections and written submissions
• Maintaining case records and filing status updates
• Conducting trademark searches and legal research
• Coordinating with clients regarding case updates and documentation
