Role:
Assistant Manager/Team Lead – Contracts
Qualifications:
- You speak fluent legalese (LLB/BA.LLB; LLM is a bonus!).
- You have 5+ years of experience making contracts watertight.
- You can handle high-stakes negotiations without breaking a sweat.
- You know your way around software licensing, IT contracts, and procurement deals like a pro.
- Must have experience of working on financial contracts/agreements
- You thrive under tight deadlines and keep everything TAT & SLA compliant
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire contract lifecycle—from drafting to signing that final dotted line!
- Navigate the legal maze of NDAs, MSAs, MOUs, M&A deals, and all those fancy agreements.
- Be the go-to legal expert for arbitration, dispute resolution, and compliance matters.
- Lead a rockstar team (3-5 pros) and drive contract excellence!
- Work in the exciting world of Media & Content—because contracts aren’t just about paper, they shape creative industries!
