Qualification:
- LL.B/LL.M
- Experience in Corporate and Commercial matters
Responsibilities:
- To monitor and manage litigations and take them to logical conclusions.
- Handling of drafting of all pleading including drafting of suits, petitions, writ petitions and appeals.
- Appearing before quasi-judicial bodies, government officials, police authorities, etc.
- Issue notices and replies as per the requirement of the business.
- Drafting and vetting of documents.
- Handling of litigations under arbitration, SARFAESI, IBC, Criminal proceedings, 138 proceedings, DRT, etc. arising out the course of business of the Company.
- Briefing of Advocates.
