Qualifications:
- Legal Research and Drafting skills
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property laws and practice
- Experience in providing high-quality legal advice and client representation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- Prior experience in a top tier IP firm is a pre-requisite
Responsibilities:
The Associate will be responsible for handling trademark contentious and non-contentious matters, conducting legal research, drafting substantive filings, providing legal advice to clients.
