Qualification:
- Strong knowledge of contract law, real estate law, and construction law
- Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
- Legal research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, practical advice
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- License to practice law in India
Responsibilities:
The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support on a wide range of matters related to industrial construction and real estate. Their day-to-day tasks will include contract drafting and negotiation, legal research, ensuring compliance with regulations, risk assessment, and dispute resolution, RERA/RERA compliance.
