Objectives:
The incumbent will be part of the corporate legal team and will provide legal support to the internal stakeholders in their line of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts for various internal business stakeholders, for different kinds of services, engagements and products, including NDAs, LoIs, MoUs etc.
- To help internal stakeholders close agreements as per the established company guidelines and within the turn-around time (TAT).
- Efficiently Cover Articles on various legal Matters Like Companies Act, PMLA, Tax Laws
- Recover Video on various court judgments and do in-depth Analysis about the various court judgement effecting to Public at Large
- Conducting risk/gap analysis and preparation of deviation reports or memo to advise internal stakeholders on various issues and projects.
- Legal research on relevant regulations applicable to the industry Like Environment sustainability, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing and CSR activities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining legal databases for contracts and other legal documents.
- Assist in preparing and updating standard templates that may be used by Project Managers to execute various transactions and initiatives
- Legal compliance: you will have to work closely with the Project Managers for ensuring upto legal formats, Documents, research report to publish on the company portal.
