As part of their Advisory practice, they extensively advise clientele in the areas of Taxation (Direct Taxes, International Tax and Transfer Pricing, GST, Customs etc.) and Regulatory (FEMA, FCRA, Black Money, Benami, PMLA, Economic Offences etc.).
With an in-house team of 10+ multi-faceted professionals including Lawyers, Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries and continued collaborations with litigators, bankers, and M&A advisors, they combine courtroom rigour with boardroom practicality to orchestrate and deliver multidisciplinary solutions with legally sound and commercially viable outcomes.

Qualification:
– Students enrolled in a recognised LLB or integrated law programme
– Students who completed the 2nd semester of their 3 year LLB course; or who completed the 4th Semester of their 5 year integrated LLB course
– Keen interest to learn and commitment to complete the allotted tasks
– Strong research and drafting aptitude
– Prior exposure to these areas, while not mandatory, will be an advantage
