Litigation & Arbitration Associate – Disputes Team
Location:
New Delhi, India
Qualification:
• LL.B
Experience:
Candidates with prior arbitration experience will be preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Proficiency in legal drafting and research
Responsibilities:
• Assist in handling commercial and civil litigation matters
• Work on domestic and international arbitration cases
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare drafts
• Appear before courts and tribunals, as required
