Qualification:
- Exhibit strong practice skills including (a) oral and written advocacy; (b) contract drafting; (c) analysing and communicating technical matters.
- Efficiently manage timelines of assignments and are a multi-tasker able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Solution-oriented approach with proven ability to close transactions independently with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal – with a proven ability to communicate to all “clients” (internal and external).
- Good understanding on a wide range of legal subjects, ability to build on this knowledge, spot issues and bring in specialists as needed.
- Drive for technical superiority by staying abreast of developments in Law and be the go-to subject matter expert.
Experience:
- Good commercial contracting experience (JVs/commercial contracts)
- Experience in running end to end transactions/deals including working on complex transactional documents.
- PQE 7 to 8 years
