Regulations / Approvals), Due Diligence, Transaction documents, Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations, Technology Transfers, Mergers and Acquisitions, Listings and Capital Market Transactions, Indirect and direct taxation matters and such other allied Legal matters.

Role 1 : Accountant
Qualifications:
- having good knowledge and hands-on Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Who can manage Audit Assignments. (Purely on merits, no references please).
Role 2 : CS Trainees preferably qualified/not appearing in December 2022 attempt
The candidate will benefit from a positive work environment as well as exposure to topics such as SEBI (Capital Market Laws), Incorporations, Mergers, Restructuring, Secretarial audits of listed companies, IBC, FEMA, RBI, IPR, Due Diligence, Strike-off, NBFC Compliance, etc. We also focus on providing listed entities with advisory/opinion support on complex corporate law and listing regulation issues.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, articulative thinking
- Strong grasp of the issues that large firms face are all requirements for the position.
