Qualifications:
- Education: Law Degree/LLB Required
- Min experience in similar role of at least 7 years.
- Good understanding of judicial interpretation and practical experience in court procedures
- Work experience in a Company or a law firm would be additional advantage
- Business Acumen

- Understanding about agreements
- Labor laws and Contract laws
- Understanding about agreements
- Analytical and logical reasoning
- Based at Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- To provide legal advice after risk analysis considering prevailing situation to ensure that legal issues are prevented, and risk is mitigated
- To draft/review agreements within a reasonable time span, keep track of expiry and renewals of agreements by using contract management system, updating database and records.
- Supporting Corporate team in IPR registration, litigation and opposition proceedings in India and all activities in connection with and incidental there to.
- To handle litigations in co-ordination with Advocates and business function.
- Provide support to business in commercial litigation strategy prior to litigation
- Coordination with external consultants for India and IMETA region for queries/drafting of various documents across India and IMETA region

- Responsibilities to be split between IMETA region and India 50/50.
