Qualifications:
Experience Required in NBFCs, Fintechs
Responsibilities:
1) Drafting and vetting of Service Agreements / Vendor Agreements.
2) Drafting and vetting of Customer Loan Agreements, Co-Lending Agreements, Business
Partnership Agreement, Wholesale Corporate Lending Agreements.
3) Handling of litigation under Consumer Protection Act, Negotiable Instruments Act.
